I’m excited you’ve decided to continue the journey. Today’s challenge is even easier than the first challenge. That’s the good news. However, today you have to decide if you are ready to really commit.

Today’s challenge is to join our Online Learning System. The rest of the 30-Day Challenge exercises take place there. Let me quickly explain why we do this and what awaits you there. Then you can decide if you want to commit.

We make the first challenge available to anyone. Even though it is really easy to complete a lot of people don’t even take that first step. We don’t want to fill up the Online Learning System with tire kickers, so we wait until the second challenge to introduce you to our Learning System.

The Online Learning System lets us track progress, award points and badges, and gives us better opportunities to connect and coach people really committed to improving their leadership. It is the best way we’ve found to do this online.

In order to complete the rest of the 30-Day Challenge you’ll need to create an account in our Online Learning System. This is super simple. Just complete the form below with your name, company, and email address. You’ll immediately receive an email with your username and password. Login using your password and I’ll meet you on the other side to explain how to earn your first reward.

We will pick up the difficulty level over the next few challenges. But today all you have to decide is whether you are ready to commit to this next step in your leadership journey. I look forward to seeing you on the other side!
